No Returns
Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on any of our edible items including:
- Spices and spice mixes
- Millets and millet-based products
- Health powders and other consumables

Refund Policy
While returns are not allowed, we do offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- If the item is missing or expired (though rare, we will investigate)
To initiate a refund request:
- Contact us at reach@mildrispices.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Include your order ID, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review the request, investigate, and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be processed only if the issue is verified and confirmed by us.
📦 Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
